Plugins not accessible in dashboard

I have purchase betheme & installed but I can’t access plugins in dashboard. When I click on plugins I found the below error please help me

Not Found

The requested URL /503.shtml was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
