Hi, I need to append specific parameter to external links.
For ex, if the external link is http://google.com/
I want to append rrrr.site.com?ref=google.com
For a different external link, we append a different parameter. Any plugin that does this?
This rrr.site.com is an affiliate URL that I want to add. So it changes depending on the domain.

(Basically, I am trying to create a coupon site, wherein a visitor clicks the external URL, and my affiliate ID is added based on the URL clicked. So I earn commission. Appreciate if you can share your thoughts / if there is a better way to do it)
