How can I let the FORUMS see my plugin submission that was 'hard rejected' because of quality?

Credentials not working.
My plugins Addons for Elementor were hard rejeted, I don’t know why. Really, I bought a lot of plugins here with less quality already in my point.
The first plugin I sent to Code Canyon I just put on WordPress repository hedomi filterable list – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
And the other one, that was rejected today is here wphd plugin - WPHD (just a demo) I need to understand what is wrong with my plugins.
