Plugin for change content and background according on the time of the day

Hi everybody,

I would like to build a page like the following one in which you can select an hour and then everything changes, the content and the background too.

Is there any way to do it in Wordpress with some plugin?

The first idea was that everything would change automatically according to the time of day. As it happens in the example, I would like to show in the morning a text and a concrete image and at night different ones.

Any ideas?
