Plugin does not work and no support.

I have bought the plugin “UltimateAI - OpenAI Content Generation WordPress App as SaaS” 2 months ago, but it never worked, and support does not answers at all.
What can I do?

Hi,

I have tried, but it shows: You don’t have any refundable purchases :frowning:
Maybe since more than 2 months elapsed, since I waiting for an answer or solution.

If it does not show a refundable purchase then there are only two possible reasons why:

  1. You purchased it via elements in which case you have no support OR
  2. You never bought the item otherwise you would see the options

I have purchased the WP plugin via Codecanyon. It shows I can not ask for refund after 30days of purchase.

You would need to speak to envato customer support, but it sounds to me like you were then outside the refund window
