Hello dear all,
Greetings.

I want to develop a WordPress theme for themeforest. So I have one question. Please help me.

Can I use CM2, Codestar, Redux, ACF etc plugin/framework to make Custom Fields and Theme Options to develop WordPress theme for themeforest?

Hi,

You surely can. As far as I know CM2, Redux, ACF all have developer friendly license. Not sure what Codestar is, but you check their license details.

For premium plugin you have to get extended license.
