I’ve submitted three tickets to get my theme re-enabled. The first two tickets were ignored. The second ticket, which added clarification to the first ticket, was “closed” because it was assumed that it was the same problem. But it stated that the preview was back up (which they bothered not to read), and they sent me a screenshot from three days ago showing that it was down, without bothering to check that it had already been back up for a couple of days. So I was told to “resubmit it”, hence the third ticket.
Can someone at Envato please read the tickets that I submit? Also, can someone re-enable my theme? Thank you.
Note: If I had know that the preview was down, I would have fixed it immediately. According to my hosting company, WordPress corrupted the password, which made the link dead. Those are their exact words.
