P.S - 3D Text it not make with 3D plugin, is just 2 double and moved little. It probably to cause a rejected ? Is editable enyway.

I’m no graphic designer , but I definitely think the problem is with your font pallete and spacing

To me the text isn’t that readable being white on white. I do like the general look, but text in an advertisement should pop out more IMO.
