Did you purchase that theme ? Then go to your envato market download tab there you will find that theme details.
Check this image

Or you can contact with that item author he can give you documentation.

Hi,
You need to choose to download ‘All files & documentation’, then unzip your download and there you can find documentation.

Also due new standards, new themes need to have also online documentation link in description of theme, so check also there.
