Please help , unexpected hard reject .....

I just got hard reject . Here is the demo link

The problem is that any single post was not shown showing 404 error . This is only for change of permalink structure. After rejection I realised my accidental fault,I have updated the permalink structure and now everything is fine .

  1. Any incomplete theme will be hard rejected. You are simply reserving the queue with an incomplete submission and creating a review delays.

So can I resubmit even though it is hard rejected?

Fix all bugs & improve design, then you could resubmit it
