I created a 30 seconds looped background video, 1080p
But was hardly rejected, why?
maybe someone can explain what is wrong!?
You need to use videohive watermark on the video, also if all 30 seconds are repeatable you can cut video down to 15-20 seconds. After that check if the file have right format, .mov or .h264, I think .mov is better, if this all is check than all is what remaning is video quality, maybe add little more light, to dark in my opinion, try to make it little more dramatic. But anyway, I like it, good job and good luck!

all of the problems you list its for soft rejection. hard rejection means that quality team doesn’t like this work and they don’t want to have it in marketplace. may be bad light, bad models and finally bad idea. who knows. as for me idea is nice but realization a little bit out dated
