I tried creating an agency theme and believe I’ve made something good. However, it got a hard reject when I submitted it for review. What do you think my mistakes are? I’m looking for feedback and help from those with experience in this area.

Concept has been done so many times before and with respect there’s nothing new or unique here.
Plus a lot of the design and styling feels quite off the shelf.

As you mentioned, Mysia might contain similar elements. I’m thinking of developing it like a library. However, I’ve noticed similar similarities in other themes as well.
Perhaps it would be better to resubmit Mysia for approval after transforming it into a library format.
I’ll definitely keep your valuable comments in mind for future projects.
You need to generally look at the styling throughout es the typography.
Beyond that more unique features and functionality
Far too many multi-purpose themes end up with different themes demos that in essence still just use the same elements and content with different images or copy rather than investing fine tuning the resources and features to suit the purpose or topic.
