Please help to find reason for hard reject my react admin dashboard

Hello there. My first items got hard rejected (React Admin Dashboard). I need some feedback from experienced authors on what might be the reason.

[Note: We are fresh authors in the Envato marketplace and haven’t any approved items on this marketplace. We have been trying to approve the item since Feb 2021 ]

I see on your Portfolio, that your React Admin Dashboard was Approved.
How were you able to get your Product Approved after it was Rejected?
