I was buy an theme from themeforest, but it’s not working again and get latest update at 2016. I do refund request but it doesn’t work cause the author (themon) not reply my email refund request from Envato refund form
When did you buy the theme?
Looking at the theme settings it’s definitely old but the screenshot does not look broken - it just looks like you have not installed any demo content?
Assuming this was a recent purchase, and if the author does not respond to the refund request then after 7 working days you can reach out to envato Envato Market Help and Support

about 7 days ago, i’ve installed full of content but still didnt work, and nothing trouble with my database or version of my cpanel
