It’s hard to tell from that image if there is issues with typography etc but the concept itself is very very overdone and saturated and without a more modern design and variants you are going to struggle
hi, well the previews that u provided us with are definitely the best screenshots to analyze what u have here … but what seems to me the most striking is the lack of balance between different sections. Indeed, u have a very big white space stripe in the middle in which there is nothing and that creates a real misbalance in the harmony of the whole template. Not to mention that this issue is being reinforced by the opposite on both side ways, where u have rather busy areas but most importantly again, u turn out to have contents too close from the margins, so that this maybe either cut or very close to be cut and “in the best case scenario” the content is not but definitely breeds some lack of breathing in the concerned sections. Let’s also face it, this is true that this is a corporate item and what is mainly required is that all is arranged as perfectly as possible, but the whole flyer is not super original in anyways. This is clean and tasteful globally, but all is inspiring some sort of deja vu feeling. With such a saturated marketplace, I assume that they will certainly expect from u to bring some extra “fresh” touch. Otherwise , I think that the font, on the preview is too bold until the written texts is somewhat not that easy to read indeed
