Hello, I purchased two items from envato market, and then i purchased the envato elements, within a day. Had I known this option existed, i wouldn’t have purchased the items independetly, how do i get a refund for my two purchases and just use my account from envato elements to keep them running?
You’d have to request a refund Can I Get A Refund? – Envato Market Help Center BUT it may not be that simple because the two are different marketplaces so it’s not exactly the same thing you are swapping
The item itself will be the same, BUT there are no premium features such as updates, support, lifetime access etc to downloads from envato elements and you you can’t stockpile items etc.
