When I add the shortcode [Rich_Web_Slider id=“1”] to my dynamic homepage on wordpress classeria website it does not show. If I add the same shortcode to any other page on website it works fine. If anyone could please tell me what I’m doing wrong please it would be much appreciated.

Please make sure you have dragged HTML section for that homepage from Layout Manager. Or contact at support, team will help you.
