Please help! Advice needed for Wordpress Theme...

I am looking for a Wordpress template where visitors can vote for the most beautiful picture. On a daily basis.
Users can upload their own picture and other visitors can vote on it.
There should be a top 10 chart. Also there should be diffrent kind of categories.

I looked for some time now in the store, but can’t find anything that looks usable for this.

Please let me know if you know a theme for this purpose.

I dont think there is any wp theme with these functionalities, you must hire a developer to achieve this functionalities or get a custom plugins for this. Check these similar plugins.
