Please help! about resubmission html template

We sent to review a new html template. And received a soft reject with a comment:

  1. Your documentation is either missing or insufficient. Please make sure you provide clear and concise documentation outlining installation, configuration and customization procedures for this item. For compatibility reasons, please provide documentation in either HTML or PDF format.

  2. There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section. Here are some articles with more information regarding negative space and proper spacing: https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/using-white-space-or-negative-space-in-your-designs--webdesign-3401, https://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/adding-space-to-your-designs--webdesign-14836 example: https://envato.d.pr/50r9Gy

  3. Parts of your design are either difficult to read or have contrast issues. Please make sure all sections of your design have adequate contrast and all text is easily readable on all devices.

  4. To improve readability, please adjust the line height of the following text elements. Ideally, line height should be unitless. Ref:https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2009/08/typographic-design-survey-best-practices-from-the-best-blogs/#6-optimal-line-height-for-body-copy

  5. The typographic hierarchy of this item requires additional work. For more information, please read: http://webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/understanding-typographic-hierarchy--webdesign-11636

  6. Mobile styling needs attention/improvement in some areas. Please check/test your pages carefully and resolve all issues.

  7. The scrolling animations are currently overused. Animation is a tool that should be used sparingly to help enforce the concept of your design. Please consider where you are using animations and their purpose.

  8. All JavaScript should be written with “use strict” mode on. For example, you can do this with jQuery as follows: (function($) { “use strict”; // Author code here })(jQuery);

Your opinion, what would you recommend to improve or change in the template.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
