I am trying to submit a mobile app to CodeCanyon and when i resubmitted the project i got this response … “Please add instructions off-line too.”
What does it mean ? What i need to do … ? Please see the screenshot !

Sounds like you have documentation/instructions that can only be accessed online or through a browser etc. You should have some kind of offline, text based documentation.
