Please clarify this

someone posted this under my complain to you yesterday.

“I am from Liberia once you do any payments you will be locked out trust me and you will not have access to your account
I joined evento over 5 years and I soon as I make my first purchased I got locked out of my account and I got an automatic mail with cause 55 as a reply for blocking my account”

Companies sometimes disable accounts for security reasons, in which case you need to contact support following instructions from this article. You can read clause 55 here but I suggest you read everything to understand TOS.
