Could you solve this kind of problem where when you have to change your domain name, the owner of the application asks you to pay again.
Example: you pay 400 dollars for an application and you need to change the domain name and the author requires you to pay the whole thing again… Could you fix this scam?

The author has right to ask you to purchase a new copy. It’s not a scam
