my opinion! rejection reason is design quality.
It would be great if you start with partnership with approve ui or html .
Don’t have any opinion about your template code cause i can’t see that.

With respect - it’s nowhere near ready.
Tons of relevant and important links in the footer nav that do not work
Category pages all load the same
Featured products in the drop down do not do anything
Product pages all look/use the same content
You need to come up with a lot more pages, layouts for products, product preview pages etc. to compete esp. if this is not actually a functional commerce platform
Look at first HMTL furniture template already for sale https://preview.themeforest.net/item/mobel-furniture-website-template/full_screen_preview/20382155 - consider all the different home pages, blogs, shop pages etc.

Please keep a note that to get approval you have to submit a fully finished product with aesthetic design.
