You may find some kind of conferencing app on CodeCanyon but they will be a long way off the standard of a platform like the above.

You won’t find the equivalent of something worth hundreds of thousands of $ on a stock site and remember that the platform itself is only a part of running something like that - the hosting, maintenance, security etc. would be astronomically expensive.
