I have a premium license for the Neptune theme by Osetin that I purchased from Envato Market portal, but the license authentication site Pinsupreme is not working. What should I do? Thanks.

Hi,

License registration process maintain through the Author own environment. So you have to contact the author of your purchased theme, the author will assist you.

If the author is not active in envato market then there in no another way to contact them.

If the author is active in envato market then you can do the following:
You can let the theme author know about it by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.

Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page, there you will find a contact form.

It appears that the theme author has completely disappeared; the official website and store have been offline for quite a while, rendering the license verification system non-functional.

and now we need to find a way to import all the content into a new theme, as it relies on ACF and proprietary plugins.

Unfortunately, there is no way to contact the author.

The only thing that affects the unavailability of the site pinsupreme.com to check the license, it is possible to update plugins and a noticeable red message stating that the site is using a demo version: “The site is using a trial version about the theme. Please enter your purchase code in the theme settings to activate it, or purchase this wordpress theme here.”

It’s against Envato’s rules to share these methods publicly on the forum. It also helps people who might be using pirated copies. Since the author isn’t responding, the best thing to do is contact Envato directly, explain your issue, and they may reach out to the developer or take action.
