php error

Good afternoon, I have been using templates and plugins for several years.
I bought envato elements membership and am having some trouble uploading.

Most of the templates and plugins that I download from envato elements give me an error in php, I update and change the php versions on hosting 8.3 8.2 8.1, 8.0 and 7.4 and the problem persists …

Any solution?.. because it’s only the ones I download from envato elements, the ones I buy from themeforest work without error.

thank you!

Hi @lopezmagdalena,

On ThemeForest and on Elements should be always the same (latest version) of the Item/theme. But, when the update is live on envato market (ThemeForest, Codecanyon, …) the latest files are not automatically added on Elements until author don’t click manually to get the last version also on Elements (to synchronize files). the author must “manually” update the Item/theme on Elements (to synchronies item on Elements with the item from envato market).

So, may be the the author has forgot to “update” (to synchronize files - one click). and it can be a reason for PHP compatibility issues.
