I am looking to have customizations done to a PHP based social script (Social Buzz) that I purchased here.

I’m looking to primarily do the following:
- Add locations that act as a master category. So that all user’s posts can be set to not only the preset categories, but a LOCATION (city). Where the current categories setup would be the same of every location. i.e.: New York > Places. Then, Chicago> Places.
When users post, they select the location they are posting to and the category as well. So if a post is set for “New York”, it would not display in the “Chicago” feed.
- Ad a secondary, premium subscription user account type.
This would have different and extended fields in profile details to reflect a directory type listing.
This is for businesses. So, attributes like category, profile type, location/address/map, photo gallery and such.
This would be a subscription required profile, so Paypal/Braintree will have to be implemented to handle recurring payments and automate profile access/renewal/cancelation.
This profile type will also require its own post style and post in a SEPARATE section from basic users, but within the variables of the locations and categories mentioned above.
That’s pretty much it. Looking for a quality, long term dev, as this could lead to future work.
