Hi - I’ve just purchased the responsive Photography Theme and am having an issue with the content builder. Perhaps I’m missing something, but when I enable content builder, complete the pop up box including adding the background image, save this and update, then nothing is appearing on the actual web page.
By the way, this is the support address I was given in my purchase email, but it doesn’t look like the tech support forum for this type of problem. If I’ve posted in the wrong place and someone can send me a link to the correct one, then I’d be grateful. Thanks.
Theme support is with the author not envato or forums. What was the name of the file?

Wondering if you fixed your problem. I am also having problems with the Content Builder with my Photography theme, but my support license has run out so they won’t respond to my ticket unless I pay. I’m hoping there are others out there who have some ideas on a possible solution.
