How can this be resolved? Is there a way to report to PD that this has happened?

This PSD is five years old. There was a huge “purge” on the PhotoDune few years back, many photos were removed by Envato. There is not much to report. Many Envato items used photos from PhotoDune which are no longer available. Just use a different photo / graphic or ask for a refund.
