Pepe - at the quality standard required to move forward

Hello,
I sent an HTML/CSS item and I recieved this message
“We have completed our review of “Pepe - Personal HTML5 Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again”
I want to know what is wrong in both (code and design) and how to get my first item be approved.

Hi, if you got hard reject then with respect themforest quality standard and requirements improved much. for getting approve you have to provide unique design with best UI and have to put some premium design. Please study more on trending Items of this market released within the last 6 months.
