I have just bought Adios Theme
and i cant install it on Elementor.
Can you tell me why there is a bug in the installation. what is the exact name of the template. Elementor doesnt find it
can you resend me a proper version for Mac

Elementor is just a plugin.
Assuming that you purchased the WP version and not the HTML version, then you install the theme on your site (that is using WordPress) and then install (it may be part of the installation process) the Elementor plugin to edit it.

There is no such thing as a Mac or PC version
