Payout not working

Hi everyone, I seem to have a problem. I have been connected to my Paypal account for years, but now, even if I update and reset the payout, I don’t get the funds wired to my account. My statements do say that there has been a Transfer To Balance, but it does not reach my paypal account. I reset the address, details, reconnect my Paypal, but still, this happens.

Could anyone help me with this issue, please? I think this is the fourth month that this has been going on.

Have you tried using bank transfer or Payoneer? PayPal may not be available in some countries.

Regarding “Transfer To Balance,” please note that this is displayed in your statement at the end of each month. However, Envato Market pays out its authors on the 15th of each month.
