It’s been 3 days since I submitted a ticket in regard to the payment issue that I received when attempting to renew my yearly subscription. My company’s business card was declined, I was instructed to contact you all if I need assistance. Elaine was initially assisting me but has fallen off the face of the earth for all I know. At any rate, since contacting you all about the payment transaction issue, a payment has been charged to the very same card that was declined, however, for a monthly subscription. This charge is/was not authorized. I should have been charged for the yearly subscription and that only.
