I’ve been promoting envato products for a long time. Have linked my account with impact radius. However, I withdrew money 2 times after my account got connected with impact, but unfortunately didn’t get the money 
But the status is showing that Payment Cleared by Bank. Why is it happening? Please let me know if I’ve done anything wrong. TIA!
