I’m using Ultimate Membership Pro, and my site is exclusively set up to accept payments via the ‘Bank Transfer’ method. I’ve ensured all settings for this gateway are correctly checked and configured.
I’ve manually recorded several payments on my end for the past few months. However, I’m finding that these payments aren’t appearing in the main UMP ‘Payment History’ or ‘Orders’ section within the admin panel.
When I check a specific member’s profile, I can see that their corresponding payments/orders are listed, but they are all showing with a ‘Pending’ status. My issue is that I cannot view or manage these pending orders from the general UMP admin overview.
Could anyone please assist me in understanding why these orders aren’t centralized in the admin panel’s payment history and how I can access and mark them as complete?
