Hi,
I think you can use but there are things to consider.

  1. you need a chip-based debit card I mean EMV = Europay, MasterCard and Visa card.
  2. After you get it enable international transactions by internet banking or calling CC.

In this case, if you have EMV sbi debit card or something like that then it will work.
