Pav Fila Deleted default url- deleted default contact

Hello, not sure if this is the correct channel. Setting up my site, i deleted the default url that was in my Contacts menu and now the stores and the map cannot display. Where do i see this default url that leads from System-Localization to set it up in the Menues- Contacts- and before it was displaying the store locations and map. I am using Item Title:
