Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in Social Counter Widget

Hello,
I cannot acces my dashboard. Instead to access my admin log-in page (I use Soledad theme) on the screen displays the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/edengard/travelguide.tours/wp-content/themes/soledad/inc/widgets/social_counter.php on line 25

I accessed inc/widgets/social_counter.php using FTP and here is line 25:
$title = $instance[‘title’] ??’’;

Can you help me to resolve this error and to access my site dashboard?
