Paid with Paypal - got locked out

Hey together,
i got a security precaution. I purchased (with paypal) an extended license after creating a new account.
I got the bill and everything looked fine in the mails. It’s already paid. But as i want to download the files and got back to the envato site i got locked out. I really need this files for an urgent Projekt. I opend an issue/request on friday. How long does it take until i get an answer?
