I registered yesterday, paid 39 usd and today in the morning to my surprise I couldn’t sign in to my account. I have sent 3 e-mails since the last 10 hours and no answer what so ever about my problem. I need to finish a job and completely let alone by evanto customer support. What scares me even more is that they have my credit card number and it looks like I cannot cancel my paiement. First time ever I saw such a low level service.

You don’t need to worry about your credit card details. They are securely stored by Envato’s payment processor and are never transmitted to or stored on Envato’s servers. Since you’ve already reached out to Envato support, they will definitely respond. The delay may be due to the high volume of tickets or the time required to gather information about the transaction from the payment processor.
I decided to open another account and hopefully it will work tomorrow, I guess the old one is getting a refund,thanks for you answer
