Paid for the same template twice in error

Hi,

I am try to get a payment reversed for a template that was purchased in error twice. Who will help with this issue?

Speak to the author. If you’ve not downloaded the duplicate purchase then they should have no issue refunding it. If they don’t get back to you, then you can contact support. Don’t do a payment reversal with PayPal or your card company… you’ll get your account and downloads blocked.
