@KRiedl - clearly you are upset. You have posted negative feedback on the item concerned, and reviews section of the same item.
HOWEVER if you are unhappy then it’s best to submit your request direct to Envato and see if they can help you or at least explain what you feel is not working for you to them.
yeah … I cannot ask them to do anything… there is NO link for the paid support … there is a link for me to upgrade my paid support for this item (it expires in five months they say) THIS sucks

Support is included but it comes down to what it is that you are after having done.
I’m not sure what you’re looking for as the support but the game is HTML5 and it’s ready.
Maybe what you’re asking/requesting is not covered by the support and it requires modifications which is not included to the support - also the support is usually within 1-2 working days, asking something on the weekend and expecting an answer right away won’t be logical.
