Paid for 1 year but unable to download or access account

I’ve already made 198USD payment via credit card and i am not able to login. it says
“We’re having some problems logging you in.
Please contact customer support for help.”

I’ve raised a ticket more than a week ago and until now no response aside from the autoreply. I am hoping that anyone else can help me on this issue as it seems the support team doesn’t even care.
