You won’t be able to test it until it is installed but bear in mind that the choice of theme will only have a degree of impact - unless you are invested in decent hosting and take the time to optimise the theme and website e.g. minifying scripts, removing unnecessary media or scripts, etc. then there it will not perform as best it can.
