Page always jumps up on scrolling a certain div

Hey,

I am not sure which plugin or what reason is causing this bug.
But whenever I am on MOBILE DEVICE and scroll down to a specific section it always make a jump to 2 divs above. I am using the hood theme and WPBakery Page Builder
