i bought a standard music license track to use it as my background music for Outro/Merchpromo in one single channel! i will use the same outro/Merchpromo at all of my videos, so it’s alright to use it with an unlimtied number of uses? or i need to get a extended license?

The license you bought allows you to use it in a single end product .
If your Outro/merchpromo always has the same video background along with the track you bought that is considered an end product and can be used multiple times.
If your Outro/merchpromo uses diferent video background along with the track you bought you can only use it multiple times with one license if it is part o series. You can see here
As far as I know that is the correct information but I recomend you to contact support
