Our First Wordpress Theme Has Been Rejected

Hello authors,

Unfortunately, our first Wordpress theme has been hard rejected, and we don’t really understand why!! However, we thought we followed the requirements step by step and we got inspiration from existing themes in the market.

Please help us to find the reason for rejection :

  1. Any incomplete, not prime-ready, outdated or bland themes will be hard rejected. You are simply reserving the queue with your submission and creating a review delays. This applies to conversions as well!

Major improvements are required!

It’s basically design issue. You may need to change the layout for the blog - a bit polishing on design, some typo changes, it’d be ready.

One more question. It was a hard reject. here is the reviewer message.

“Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “Ventura - Modern Construction WordPress Theme” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

My question is - Can we submit it again after doing some work on it?

IF you perform changes for the blog section, yes, you should be able to submit again but make sure the changes are good enough - avoid polishing the design
