Completely depends on your reviewer. For my opinion overal design is not so bad but you should add transition / hover effects for sections.
And note. One of my WP themes was rejected for inner pages. And reviewer was send me some screenshots of rejection purposes and there was a section like this : https://prnt.sc/pw2rnp
And there were some alignment issues.
