One Step Checkout (magento MGS_OSCheckout) module not working properly

Hi Support team,

We are purchased flowing theme with one step checkout but one step checkout feature not working properly, there are not checking “My billing and shipping address are the same” is checked or not , they always setting shipping address as billing address when placing order from magento frontend.
