Hi, we uploaded a premiere pro project and now the dashboard shows two identical projects. Have you had a similar problem before or do you know which one we should delete?

No, we submitted it once, then strangely the second one appeared in the dashboard.
Don’t worry about it. You can delete both and resubmit again.
